Charted at #22 on UK Singles chart in February 1958. This appears to have been an attempt to return to the success of earlier Whitfield / Mantovani team-ups such as “Cara Mia” and “When You Lose the One You Love”. Original US Billboard review: “David Whitfield teams up with Mantovani on this side and belts his lungs out on a real tenor tester. Fans of the artist may like this but flip is likely to be the stronger. Rated 75 out of 100”
